Jim's upbringing, the values instilled in him through the teachings of his parents, along with his work, education, and life's experience; have prepared him to be our Senator.   

Jim asks all stakeholders in our island community to work together to make Guam a flourishing paradise for our people today, and for tomorrow’s generation.
